🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and programme management skills across hardware centred, cross functional delivery
• Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, Scrum or other methods to the work
• Experience aligning distributed technical teams around scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies
• Confidence managing complex dependency networks across engineering, operations and manufacturing
• Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, lab or silicon
