Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ERP deployment projects for enterprise customers.
• Oversee planning, design, configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across PMO and executives.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, and dependencies with detailed RAID logs.
• Ensure compliant deployments aligned with policies and milestones.
• Provide executive updates and maintain strategic engagement with sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading enterprise software deployments (ERP/PMO).
• Domain knowledge in large-scale ERP/P2P systems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, Coupa).
• Strong project management methodologies and governance experience.
• Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent preferred; adaptable in fast-paced environments.
