🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple commercial projects; budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
