Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation through go-live and improvement.
• Facilitate new customer implementations across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate gaps and risks with clear follow-up to owners until completion.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and Veeva.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification
• 5-8 years of project management experience in software implementation
• Demonstrated success leading technology implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel and work onsite for customer meetings
