📋 Description

• Support stand-up and operationalization of internal AI Content Creation Governance COE for a U.S.
• Blend 80% PMO/governance operations with 20% strategic/Chief-of-Staff support.
• Drive operational clarity, coordinate cross-functional forums, manage knowledge and decisions.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials and maintain governance documentation.
• Coordinate marketing-focused programs, familiarity with marketing operations and content lifecycles

🎯 Requirements

• Proven enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations experience.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience with governance forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, and action-item
• Knowledge management and documentation skills.
• Understanding of marketing operations and content creation lifecycles; experience with creative
• Excellent written communication; ability to craft executive summaries, POVs, and leadership
