Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with PMO and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and address risks, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain value delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in web or mobile development.
• Proficiency with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); experience leading sprint planning, daily
• Strong problem-solving, multi-project prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or similar tools.
