Senior Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Lead projects from start to finish as the project leader.
• Utilize design resources and prepare design/construction documents.
• Provide construction services including site visits and shop drawing reviews.
• Serve as primary client contact with consultants and reps.
• Perform project code searches at multiple levels of government.
• Ensure financial success of assigned projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or related field
• Licensed Architect or in licensure process
• AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
