📋 Description

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across teams.
• Own the critical path and mitigate risks to protect launch dates.
• Lead planning and execution meetings with clear ownership and follow‑through.
• Ensure digital assets and service readiness for commercial launch.
• Analyze velocity and capacity; drive process improvements.
• Plan resources 2–3 quarters ahead to prevent burnout and delays.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or publishing.
• Hybrid Agile/Scrum with Waterfall/Stage-Gate for print/production.
• Experience shipping products across web and physical formats.
• Advanced tooling: Jira and Smartsheet (or Monday.com/Airtable).
• Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder updates.
