📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for platform research programs (ML/AI and biologics)
• Coordinate with scientific leads and engineering teams to align on scope, priorities, and

• Proven track record managing research and technical programs; fluency in biologics and ML research
• Experience with ML model training/evaluation, agentic AI systems, software development, and
