Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations in Professional Services.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to drive governance, coordination, and delivery across all
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time Go-Live.
• Oversee risk, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Drive Go-Live planning, Hypercare, and post-launch validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); multi-language skills are a plus
• 5+ years in customer-facing project management, preferably in SaaS, supply chain, or logistics tech.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong risk, budget, and stakeholder management; proficient with Jira/Confluence or equivalent
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to operate in a fast-paced global environment.
