Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations in Professional Services.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, CSMs, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering to ensure
• Governance, coordination, and delivery excellence across project lifecycle.
• Travel onsite occasionally for in-region deliveries as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing project management, preferably in logistics/SaaS.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French/Spanish/Italian is a differentiator.
• Strong risk, budget, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira-based workflows.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
• Travel willingness for customer engagements.
