🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years in project or program management; 3+ years in telecom
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Proven digital telecom project delivery, ideally in LATAM/Mexico
Strong PM toolset: Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, Smartsheet
Experience with agile and lean delivery; digital transformation and organizational change
Excellent communication; ability to translate complex topics for technical and executive audiences
