📋 Description

• Senior Project Manager oversees workflows across Innovation Tech/GEO and Social CoE in a fast-paced
• Customize Monday.com workflows, intake channels, dashboards, and routing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Protect specialist bandwidth and shield technical leads from ad-hoc requests.
• Act as traffic manager across internal capability hubs with clear scoping and capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years PM experience in creative, PR, or digital marketing agencies.
• Experience customizing project management platforms and intake workflows.
• Proven ability to work with developers, tech leads, and creative engineers.
• Interest/experience with AI tools, automation, and platform integrations.
• Strong Monday.com mastery: forms, routing, dashboards; familiarity with Zapier/Make is a plus.
• Excellent listening and stakeholder communication skills.
