Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion
Own client relationships and key stakeholder engagement
Oversee programme, budgets, risk, and commercial performance
Mentor project teams and collaborate with designers, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors
Ensure projects reflect Unispace's quality and innovation
Help establish and grow presence in the Austin market

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in commercial construction or workplace fit-out in PM/CM roles
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading multiple complex construction projects
Commercial and programme management expertise
Ability to build high-performing project teams
Willingness to commute to Austin as local office grows
