📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and coordination for chatbot automation initiatives across Shopper and
• Drive program execution in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for CX Technology Programs (tracking, reporting
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX operations to scope and launch automation solutions.
• Identify gaps, surface blockers, and add structure to under-resourced programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, technical program management, or operations in tech/e-commerce/CX.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automation, AI, or chatbot programs and deployment in operations.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and data-driven progress tracking.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and establish momentum.
