Senior IC role shaping MEDFAR's generative AI features (CoeurWay, MYLE EMR)
Collaborate with product designers, developers, QA, and client teams to ensure healthcare AI
Hybrid or remote work; occasional in-office events; stay updated on LLM landscape

🎯 Requirements

5+ years AI/ML/product development or related field
2+ years hands-on prompt engineering in production LLM systems
Experience modularizing prompts into chains; model-agnostic mindset
Design/improve LLM evaluation frameworks; rubric design and failure analysis
Familiarity with frontier LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and tradeoffs
Healthcare domain experience is a strong asset; Python or scripting for eval pipelines is a plus
