Senior Prompt Engineer – Generative AI (LLMs)

📋 Description

• Design, refine, and optimize prompts and prompt pipelines for LLM apps.
• Build structured prompt frameworks (few-shot, chain-of-thought, role/tool prompting).
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, hallucination, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate prompts into APIs and AI products.
• Develop prompt libraries and reusable templates for various use cases.
• Run experiments to benchmark prompts across different LLMs.

🎯 Requirements

• Tech / M.Tech / PhD in CS, AI, Math, Linguistics, or related.
• 5+ years hands-on prompt engineering experience.
• Strong preference for IIT graduates.
• Familiar with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt techniques.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
• Available to work on contract.
