Senior Proposal Manager (R5381)

📋 Description

• Take extreme ownership of assigned proposals for the product line.
• Manage multiple priorities: proposal mgmt, content, and process improvement.
• Develop strategies for high quality, compliant proposals.
• Serve as primary cross-functional owner of each proposal.
• Manage project lifecycle from kickoff to leadership reviews.
• Maintain strict configuration management of all documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years proposal management with government & international customers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent.
• Exposure to proposal methodologies (Shipley).
• Demonstrated analytics aptitude.
• Proven leadership in work and/or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to author technical content for RFIs, abstracts, and quad charts.
