Senior Proposal Specialist

📋 Description

• Understand and share proposal requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop proposal content for RFP/RFI
• Summarize key information to support proposal responses
• Document all assumptions
• Review final proposal to meet sponsor expectations and quality standards
• Assist BD Manager on RFIs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience (4-6 years preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Experience with budget development in a CRO/clinical trials environment
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
• High attention to detail with strong written/verbal communication and project management
