Lead propulsion test campaigns for the X-BAT platform from architecture through test-to-flight
Own end-to-end propulsion test activities and interpret results to inform flight readiness
Design/test stands and fixtures for engine, fuel, oil, bleed air, and TVC testing.
Define instrumentation plans, DAQ architecture, calibration methods, and procedures.
Lead ground test campaigns with performance mapping, transient response, and edge-of-envelope
Analyze test data to validate performance and drive design or control updates.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
5+ years in propulsion or engine testing in aerospace development.
Hands-on with engine test cells, test stand design, instrumentation, DAQ.
Strong understanding of gas turbine performance and transients.
Proficiency in Python for data reduction, automation, and analysis.
Experience supporting flight test readiness and test-to-flight transitions.
