Senior Public Sector Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead Harvey’s government and public sector legal function
• Interface with GTM, product, engineering and security to execute government contracts and agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and AI SaaS agreements with federal
• Provide contract lifecycle counsel and address performance and compliance issues
• Develop trainings and resources for legal and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in CA, NY, or DC (preferred)
• 7+ years of law firm/in-house experience
• Experience with complex SaaS/technology/IP licensing and government transactions
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and government procurement processes
• Strong negotiation, collaboration, and project-management skills
