🎯 Requirements

A law degree from an accredited school
Admitted to practice in CA, NY, or DC preferred
7+ years of law firm/in-house experience
Strong SaaS/IP licensing and gov't contracts background
Experience negotiating with federal/state/local gov'ts
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regs
