🎯 Requirements

• Advanced / Fluent English (C1 or higher) mandatory.
• Strong Python experience and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience refactoring and modernizing production systems.
• Experience designing maintainable, modular Python applications.
• Automated testing expertise (unit, integration, regression).
• Git workflow proficiency and collaborative development practices.
