Senior Python Engineer - AI Code Evaluation (Codex / Claude Code, up to $200/hr)

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, reasoning quality, and engineering judgment
• Assess explanations and reasoning for quality, clarity, and trust
• Provide direct, opinionated feedback on what works and what doesn’t
• Help define what great looks like when interacting with AI coding tools

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
• Strong background in TypeScript / JavaScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without fully executing or deeply reviewing every line
• Comfortable delivering direct, opinionated feedback

🎁 Benefits
