📋 Description

• Take ownership of backend services from design to deployment and maintenance
• Design and maintain scalable Python/Django backend
• Architect distributed systems for millions of users with low latency
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps to ship features
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and architecture discussions
• Own APIs, data pipelines, Kafka, and caching components

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python backend development with ownership
• Django with asyncio
• Production experience with Apache Kafka
• Distributed systems (microservices)
• Docker; Kubernetes; AWS
• PostgreSQL; NoSQL is a plus
