5+ years Python in production
Relational DBs: SQL, schema design, migrations
Experience with message queues/event-driven architectures (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ)
Deep AsyncIO/concurrency knowledge
Experience building/operating microservices at scale
Distributed systems reasoning: consistency, ordering, failure modes
