Ship features end-to-end, from architecture to production monitoring
Contribute to AI-powered capabilities and agentic document workflows
Work on a distributed fleet of Python microservices with high concurrency

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Python development in production
Strong SQL experience: schema design, migrations, optimization
Hands-on with messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ or similar)
Deep AsyncIO and distributed systems understanding
Experience with microservices at scale and observability
Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
