Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality for payment journeys, incl deposits and payouts.
• Design and execute API-first test strategies for REST/JSON and complex lifecycles.
• Build and maintain automated API and selective UI tests with Playwright/RestAssured.
• Develop reusable automation components like API clients and test data builders.
• Test integrations with external providers, incl payment processors and Open Banking.
• Investigate production incidents, reproduce defects, and contribute to RCA.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in QA engineering, test automation, or related role.
• Hands-on testing of REST APIs, HTTP/JSON, and API-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, distributed services, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with Playwright, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Ability to diagnose issues using logs, databases, API traces, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality checks.
