Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Champion quality across an agile env; contribute through test strategy and release validation.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for new and existing features.
• Hands-on testing: backend validation, API testing, DB testing, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering for risk identification and testability.
• Promote quality practices and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Own testing priorities and contribute to broader engineering improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in QA tester/engineer in Agile software development.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Extensive backend testing via REST APIs, queues, databases, and front-end interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with DBeaver, SQL Server, or MySQL Workbench.
• Git experience; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS services a plus (EKS, RDS, SQS, API
• Hands-on API testing tools: Swagger, Postman; scripting in JavaScript.
