📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality for critical payment journeys (deposits, payouts, reconciliation
• Design and implement API-first test strategies for REST, JSON, HTTP, and complex lifecycles.
• Build and maintain automated API and selective UI test suites (Playwright, RestAssured or similar).
• Develop reusable automation components (API clients, test data builders, utilities).
• Test integrations with payment processors and Open Banking, focusing on asynchronous callbacks

• Proven experience in QA engineering or related software quality role with ownership of complex
• Hands-on testing of REST APIs: HTTP, JSON, request/response validation, and API-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, distributed services, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, RestAssured, or similar).
• Ability to diagnose issues using logs, databases, API traces, and debugging tools.
• Experience with asynchronous systems, transactions, callbacks, queues, polling, and retries.
