Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Embed quality into CI/CD by integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Test APIs and backend systems across REST and GraphQL.
• Improve test effectiveness by increasing coverage and reducing regression time.
• Apply risk-based testing to prioritise critical user journeys and business impact.
• Mentor and influence others while remaining hands-on.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep automation experience: 7–12 years in QA automation or SDET.
• Strong production-grade coding in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Framework design expertise: build or significantly improve modular automation frameworks.
• CI/CD ownership: hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps; PR checks.
• Backend/API testing: strong REST/GraphQL testing; backend-heavy systems.
• Product and business judgement: risk-based automation prioritisation.
