Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality for critical payment journeys.
• Design and execute API-first test strategies for REST/JSON workflows.
• Build and improve automated API and selective UI tests (Playwright, RestAssured).
• Develop reusable automation components and utilities.
• Test integrations with payment processors and Open Banking services.
• Investigate incidents, reproduce defects, and contribute to RCA.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven QA/automation experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Hands-on REST API testing, HTTP/JSON validation, API-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with Playwright, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Ability to diagnose issues via logs, DBs, API traces; async patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testability improvements.
