Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect deployments covering contact flows, routing
• Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) for UI, API
• Validate migrations from legacy contact centers through parallel tests and data validation
• Verify production readiness via cutover validation, monitoring checks, and incident triage

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years QA/test engineering with 1+ years in contact center/CCaaS/IVR
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS platforms
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium for E2E/API testing
• Experience testing serverless AWS architectures (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS
• Knowledge of conversational AI testing: intent accuracy, latency, fallback
• Strong defect documentation and UAT facilitation skills
