Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior QA/Test Engineer for Amazon Connect and contact center tech
• Design and execute test strategies across contact flows, routing, IVR, and AI agents
• Validate migrations, cutover validation, monitoring verification, and incident triage
• Collaborate with engineers to shift quality left and run UAT with stakeholders
• Mentor QA engineers and contribute reusable test assets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years QA/test engineering experience, 1+ years in CCaaS/IVR
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect or CCaaS platforms
• Proficient with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium for E2E/API tests
• Experience with serverless AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS)
• Knowledge of AI conversational testing, intent accuracy, latency, fallbacks
• CI/CD familiarity (GitHub Actions) and test integration into deployments
