Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and execution of QA testing frameworks.
• Drive automation adoption using Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to align QA with roadmap.
• Mentor QA team and grow testing capabilities.
• Identify and lead QA process improvements and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years IT QA experience in Agile environments.
• Expertise in QA automation: Selenium, TestComplete; Python/Java/C#.
• Strong CI/CD experience and Jenkins familiarity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to design QA strategies with Architect guidance.
