Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own quality across product portfolio and define quality strategy for AI agent platform.
• Design tests for non-deterministic, LLM-powered systems and omnichannel delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and product to bake quality in from start.
• Build automated tests: unit, integration, API, end-to-end on TS/Node.js/React/Python stack.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agent behavior, memory, tool use, multi-step flows.
• Test across channels: web, messaging, voice, and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Senior QA Engineer with complex production software experience.
• Hands-on with test frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Jest.
• Experience testing APIs, backends, and databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Understanding of testing non-deterministic systems and QA strategy design.
• Clear communication of quality risks to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
