Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own QA for Amazon Connect and CCaaS tech implementations
• Design testing strategies for contact flows, IVR, self-service, and AI experiences
• Hands-on manual and automated tests across UI, APIs, integrations, and serverless AWS
• Lead production readiness, migrations, monitoring, cutovers and live releases
• Shift quality left with engineers; identify risks early with stakeholders
• Mentor junior QA engineers and create reusable QA assets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years QA/test engineering; CCaaS/IVR/voice platform experience
• Hands-on with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS
• Automated testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
• Experience with serverless AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions
• Understanding of conversational AI, latency, escalation, fallback
• CI/CD, GitHub Actions, testing in deployment workflows
