Senior QA Engineer – Functional System Testing & Contact Center Domain

📋 Description

• Design and execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end tests for complex contact center
• Conduct heuristic-driven, risk-based exploratory testing across distributed enterprise systems.
• Validate omnichannel journeys (voice, chat, email) and supervise data integrity across APIs
• Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Architecture to clarify requirements and improve
• Perform backend validation using SQL/NoSQL and log analysis; drive regression and cross-functional
• Create high-quality defect reports with root-cause analysis and reproducibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Functional, System, Integration, and End-to-End testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience validating distributed cloud-based applications and microservices.
• Excellent exploratory testing with investigative mindset; ability to design complex test matrices.
• Good debugging using logs, APIs, databases, and monitoring tools; REST API experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and proactive quality initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
