Senior QA Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end QA strategy across the product lifecycle
• Define testing processes, tools, metrics, and release health
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine requirements
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing: API, UI, integration, regression
• Drive automation and maintain scalable test suites
• Lead defect management and QA mentorship; set standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in QA roles, with 2+ years leading QA initiatives
• Strong expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, and release management
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO; Postman
• CI/CD and version control experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Non-functional testing: performance, reliability, accessibility, security
• Data-driven mindset with quality metrics and OKRs
