Senior QA Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality across the product suite from strategy to execution.
• Define QA strategy, testing processes, and metrics for releases.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and execute testing at API, UI, integration, and regression levels.
• Drive automation and maintain stable, scalable test suites.
• Track quality metrics and release health to keep the team aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in QA with 2+ years leading QA initiatives in fast-paced product environments.
• Expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements, and release management.
• Hands-on with Playwright/Cypress/WebdriverIO, pytest/Jest, Postman/Newman.
• CI/CD and VCS experience (GitHub/GitLab Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) integrating tests.
• Solid understanding of modern web/mobile architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Experience with non-functional testing: performance (k6/JMeter), reliability, accessibility, and security testing.
