Senior QA Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end QA across the product with strategy, tests, and reporting.
• Shape QA roadmap with processes, tools, and metrics for smooth releases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and execute testing at API, UI, integration, and regression levels.
• Drive automation by selecting high-value tests and maintaining scalable suites.
• Track quality metrics such as defect trends and release health.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in QA with 2+ years leading QA teams in fast-paced product envs.
• Expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements, and release management.
• Hands-on with automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, pytest, Postman.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and VCS (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Strong understanding of web/mobile architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud.
• Experience with non-functional testing: performance (k6/JMeter), accessibility, security.
