Senior QA Software Developer (Remote First)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks (integration, E2E, load)
• Leverage AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows to accelerate test creation
• Partner with developers to bake automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Balance automated suites with manual exploratory, smoke, and functional testing
• Identify coverage gaps and propose improvements to reduce system fragility
• Review AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Test Automation and Quality Assurance
• Experience with modern E2E frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebDriverIO, Selenium, or similar)
• JavaScript and/or TypeScript experience
• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar)
• API testing and automation experience
• BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing
