Senior Quality Analyst - ITOM/CSM

📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, and execution of testing activities across the software lifecycle.
• Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Apply testing techniques: smoke, functional, integration, system, regression, stress, black-box.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and usability of solutions.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Support ServiceNow automation testing efforts and improve delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in ServiceNow testing or related QA role.
• Bachelor's in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing of ServiceNow; strong QA practices.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with smoke, functional, integration, system, regression, stress, and black-box testing.
• Hands-on testing of ServiceNow products; ATF experience preferred.
