Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Design test coverage and scenarios ahead of UAT to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers across SDLC to clarify requirements and criteria.
• Translate URDs, PRDs, and HLDs into structured test plans.
• Recommend testing areas for automation with automation team.
• Review automation results, investigate failures, and set testing priorities.
• Coordinate testing priorities with Delivery leadership based on client needs and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years QA experience in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Strong end-to-end and functional testing; customer-focused perspective.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile QA role.
• Investigate cross-module issues and root causes across systems.
• Experience coordinating pre-UAT and UAT testing, ticketing and status reporting.
• Mandatory API testing experience with Postman; no advanced coding required.
