Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end quality investigations across manufacturing, supplier, design, and customer
• Lead cross-functional and cross-site quality audits and investigations.
• Owner for complaints/non-conformances and escalation for medium/high risk quality issues.
• Author/review QA docs and protocols; drive CAPA and Process NCs.
• Inspect risk assessments, process reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory and customer audit prep and responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years QE/QA experience; bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting NPI from design to manufacturing transfer.
• Experience with mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong QA methodologies, data analysis, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Team coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
