Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own testing strategy for toys, soft goods, plastics
• Translate requirements into test plans for product decisions
• Ensure safety and reliability of children’s products
• Collaborate with RD&D and Global Sourcing on design vs. performance
• Coordinate with in-house and third-party labs for testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering, materials science, or related field
• 5+ years in product/quality engineering or similar
• Knowledge of ASTM and industry testing standards
• Experience with test plans for consumer products and third-party labs
• Data analysis and clear, audience-ready reporting (MS Office)
• Onsite in Carson, CA on a hybrid schedule
