📋 Description

  • Lead technical evaluations and POCs across RAN R&D.
  • Define scope, evaluation approach, success criteria, evidence, and plan.
  • Analyze logs, traces, configurations, builds, test results, and lab/field data.
  • Run evaluations using lab envs, simulations, automation, dashboards.
  • Develop Python or shell scripts for data prep, validation, repeatable analyses.

🎯 Requirements

  • B.Sc in EE/CE/CS/Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in RAN verification, system integration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge in LTE, 5G NR, PHY/MAC/RLC/PDCP or end-to-end feature validation.
  • Proven experience investigating issues using logs, traces, software versions, test results.
  • Practical scripting in Python, Shell, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, ownership, attention to detail, collaboration across teams; excellent
