🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, high-growth startup
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical + business)
• Strong sourcing skills and creativity
• Own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, judgment, and closing skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Highly organized with strong urgency
• Excited about building teams from the ground up
