🎯 Requirements

5+ years of technical recruiting for software/AI roles.
Experience with high-growth SV tech companies or AI-first orgs.
Proven ability to manage multiple senior/complex searches independently.
Strong sourcing skills and proactive outreach across channels.
Excellent stakeholder management with technical hiring managers.
Willingness to work on-site five days/week in Mountain View.
