📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter in Boston HQ; contract, hourly role paid through external partner.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Customer Support and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to align hiring with business needs.
• Use data and insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support stakeholders with talent strategy and market insights; act as an ambassador for Klaviyo.
• May travel up to 10% for onboarding, client/partner work, meetings, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for customer-facing teams in high-growth
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and translate needs into talent strategies.
• Data-informed, outcomes-driven with strong ownership; AI tool affinity welcome.
• Empathetic, people-centric, and capable of balancing candidate experience with hiring goals.
• Early adopter of AI and innovative tools to enhance sourcing, interviewing, and communications.
